Resolutions

Well, my most recent round of resolutions appear to be failing horribly, as per usual.

I decided on Sunday to drink a glass of red wine each day. So far, no wine has materialized, leading me to believe that the plan was not a divine mandate, so I may actually have to purchase all of said wine myself.

Secondly, I said I'd go to more shows. Well.

I skipped Stars on Wednesday to do distro, and the Waking Eyes on Friday to sit and home and sulk. But it's not over 'til it's over, (just in case I never make it to any concert and see absolutely no fat ladies singing) and I *will* go to the Paper Moon cd release this Friday, Sylvie or the Perpetrators on Saturday; I *will* go to NP on the 20th; I most definitely will go to the CBC Radio 3 Tour. Not even negotiable: Jill Barber is coming!!!

If anyone wants to go to any of these shows with me, please let me know. There are a couple others (controller.controller, pink mountaintops) I would't mind seeing, but won't get to without external motivation.

Also, to the nice boy from Victoria who gave my blog its second official comment: thank you. Not only for pointing out that I'm a moron, but more for making the world feel small. On that note, I got a comment! Woohoo.
