OTTAWA (CP) - Like any dope dealer, Health Canada has its share of marijuana customers who just don't pay their bills.: "Dope-Debts, CP"

Like any journalistic cliche, this lede makes me laugh. What makes me laugh more is that I think the story was written based on someone's desire to write this very lede.

What makes me laugh most is that the CP is still easily where I get my news from, and that I idolize Lee-Ann Goodman.
